HobbyCraft is Europe"s first and the UK"s largest chain of dedicated Arts and Crafts Superstores. In a market traditionally serviced by small specialist shops, HobbyCraft is the first national retailer to cater for more than 250 different activities all under one roof.
 
With an ever increasing, diverse and highly seasonal range of 35,000 arts and crafts products HobbyCraft was faced with the challenge of managing the complex problem of delivering stock to their retail stores ‘just in time’.
 
In addition, the success of the business, their expanding retail outlets and with plans to double the locations in the coming years it was clear to Chris Crombie, Buying Director that the business needed to increase the range of stock controlled and delivered by the HobbyCraft Distribution Centre.
